This basic 10.5" upper still holds its own in many regards over what many see as more modern free floating rails. It is more cost effective, the polymer handguards will not freeze your fingers when it is cold outside, yet still allows the end user to add accessories like a light, and the pinned Front Sight Base (FSB) is still the most reliable way to fix the gas block into place. Perfect for your next pistol build or NFA Act compliant SBR.
This assembly does not include BCG or Charging Handle
The muzzle brake that comes with this complete upper receiver is NOT pinned nor welded to this barrel. Per the National Firearms Act, the muzzle brake MUST be pinned and welded to achieve the necessary 16" as defined by the ATF for a rifle build.
