We are thrilled to offer our own complete 6.5 Grendel bolt carrier groups made for us by a leading ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing and assembly certified company that specializes in bolt carrier groups.

This BCG features a SAAMI specified bolt face (so-called "Type II") for widest commonality with quality manufactured barrels and is assembled with the vaunted o-ring for increased extraction reliability. Treated with a black nitride process that results in increased lubricity, superior wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, and better corrosion protection than conventional methods.

  • Material: Case Hardened 8620 Steel
  • Finish: Black Nitride
  • Gas Key: 4130 steel attached with Grade 8 hardware and properly staked into a milled "valley" to ensure proper positioning
  • Cam Pin: Hardened 4340 steel
  • Firing Pin: Mil Spec firing pin made of 8740 steel, center-less ground and Hard Chrome coated
Bolt Assembly
  • Bolt: Case Hardened 9310 SAAMI dimensions (Type II .136" Head Spacing) with external surfaces ground after heat treat for precision
  • Extractor: 4320 Steel with Mil-spec extractor spring and 0-ring combination
  • All components: Shot Peened and Black Nitride treated
